Global Bridge operates across Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and Turkmenistan and involves escrow-based fund handling — before this document is published as binding, it must be drafted and reviewed by qualified legal counsel familiar with the currency-exchange and financial-services regulations of each of those jurisdictions.

These terms will govern the use of the Petro Cargo Nexus marketplace by buyers, sellers, saraf (escrow) agents, carriers and drivers, including the deal lifecycle, transport bidding, and the identity-verification requirements enforced before any account may trade.

Until finalized by legal counsel, no clause on this page should be treated as an enforceable agreement.
